The firm is in a growth mode, with communication and reservations handled regionally (in phone bank style) and work done from a local office; which hopefully they grow out of soon so customers can communicate directly with the folks who will be doing the work....beore they arrive at the front door. We had our carpets cleaned. We appreciated the clear instructions on how to prepare our space, and what to expect. Austin, our technician was very courteous, and did a great job. We are very happy with the quality of work and the cleanliness of our carpets.

Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy. The carpet cleaner called before arriving and arrived within the stated expected time. The cleaning was well done with care taken to protect baseboards, walls and staircase. Anthony wore shoe protectors. When he was finished, the house had a clean, fresh scent. The carpets dried in 3-5 hours. This is our second time to use ZeroreZ and we were again very pleased with the results.

Technician was polite and friendly, gave us some tips on caroet selection and conditions.

The entire process of scheduling was quick and easy and customer service rep we spoke to was very helpful and professional. This was a huge plus because we had flood damage and we were working around other contractors' timelines. When we had to reschedule our original appointment because one of the contractors hadn't finished, that process was equally quick and easy. The individual that showed up at our home called in advance before arriving which was very much appreciated and he showed up within the window of time quoted when we scheduled the appointment. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He also had some recommendations with problem spots on our carpet which we agreed with. The cleaning was completed within a reasonable amount of time and looks fantastic! Very positive experience! We've used other companies in the past... well known and not so well known. ZeroRez beats them all! Highly recommend this company to anyone that needs carpet cleaning!!!

The technician walked through the areas to be cleaned to ensure he knew the exact areas. He experienced equipment problems but advised us that the work would be completed by another technician. However, he was able to fixed his equipment issues and completed cleaning the carpet. When complete he explained how to care for the carpet until it dried. Overall we are very pleased with the cleaning.
