We have lived in a number of states, and he have always used Zerorez when cleaning the carpeted areas of our homes. The representatives have always been punctual, professional, and have respected our home. After the carpet has been cleaned it looks fresh and feels clean with out being overly wet. I purchase the stain remover that is a product of Zerorez, and it outweighs what is available in the grocery stores. We will always use Zerorez no matter where we live.

On time and provided excellent service. Highly recommend. Only reason for the 9 is because of price. Their price is worth it, but our budget isn't quite in line at this time.
