From first call to last, Zerorez provided exceptional service. Larry was efficient in walking me through which areas and services we wanted so that we could get an appropriate estimate - and was patient when I called a few times inquiring about other options. Cassie our technician was so easy to work with and very accommodating on both visits - we had carpets done one day, flooring and grout the next. After the first day we were so happy and impressed with her work that we requested her for the second day. She did the rooms in an order we requested that made it easier for us with our pets and the need to put certain rooms back together first after cleaning. After walking through to discuss each day's services, she wasted no time getting started, worked straight through and finished in the estimated time - but was careful of our home at all times. Larry and Mitch we're also very responsive to questions I had about our service. Quality interactions with everyone we dealt with at ZeroRez. It's great to see and know that our floors, carpets and area rugs are clean! Will use ZeroRez and Cassie for future needs. Thanks!

Excellent customer service
The cleaners were very polite and professional. They did an excellent job and were quick about it. We had a spot with some pretty heavy soiling that has never come clean anytime before and the cleaners took time to show me the spot and speak to me about it before they finished.
