The person was on time which is really important and very nice. I showed him the room's, stairs, hallway areas that were to be cleaned along with the large area rug 9ft x12ft. He explained the cleaning process. He went over the cost that I had been quoted which was correct. Then once he was finished cleaning the carpet he then explained the drying time table. He did a wonderful job and was very professional, along with having a wonderful personality. I will definitely spread the word

The best carpet / rug cleaning service around and without harmful, carcinogenic chemicals!!! We just had 4 of our rugs cleaned by Zerorez Northern Arizona. Two of them - which were white or had white patches in them - were especially more in need of cleaning because the white parts had gotten stained over time. We are so impressed by the quality of service, the kindness, the care, the professionalism, and the great personality of everyone we've talked to and chatted with from Zerorez Nothern Arizona and the technician who came and did the work. Adam was so friendly and did such a great job! This company only uses natural products - citric acid and high PH (Alkaline) water to treat carpets and rugs! It's safe for us and our pets and it's safe for the environment! It also doesn't leave harmful residues like conventional carpet cleaning processes do and it has a very pleasant scent. I have heard so many really disturbing stories about people using conventional carpet cleaning and getting a very strong auto immune response or even worst where the chemicals affect them in a life threatening manner. The price is also super affordable. We paid less than $200 for 4 large rugs and their process only requires cleaning every 6-8 months or so, compared to every 3 months for conventional carpet cleaning. We're so grateful to have found Zerorez through a referral on Nextdoor and are very much looking forward to using them again!!! Amazing people really!!!
