Lance Cain was very thorough and spent adequate time cleaning our carpets and furniture. He made sure he took the neccessary steps to protect the walls and furniture while cleaning. He was very professional. We are very happy with how clean everything is.
The carpets were cleaned very well - a few large spots were treated and disappeared!!!! The Service Tech was very professional and even cleaned a small foyer rug for us while he was at our home. I will definitely use Zerorez again for my carpet cleaning services.

Service was great! Quick, efficient and cleaned well.
I had a bad coffee stain next to my bed. coffee grounds and all. it took two visits to tackle the job, but I needed one more visit to get the stain out. Luckily Lee GM from Atlanta gave me another chance with out charging me again,Third time was a charm.

It was all good! The carpet looks great. I was comfortable letting your employee do his job all through our house while we just left him alone. He was friendly & polite. One suggestion: I noticed his wide hose laid across a small garden between the house & the truck. Absolutely NO risk or damage to this type of garden, but I was thinking that someone may be upset if there were taller flowers or other plants that could be damaged. Thank you!

The technician was thorough, friendly, and worked a little harder to extract more water from our dense carpet. That helped immensely, and it didn't take 3 days to dry our carpet like usual. And it looked great when he was done. Cheers to Noah!

Just loved their professionalism. He gave us a call 15 mins before arrival and finished the job within 30-35 mins. The carpet was cleaned properly and I am very satisfied with the work done by him. Would highly recommend them if you need to get your carpet cleaning done.
The gentlemen who came to clean our carpet, I believe his name was Jason or Jared. I am horrible with names. was very knowledgeable in his product. He did a great job. He was very nice. He was very polite and respectful carpet stride quickly just as he said, and the one pesky stain he did warn us might come up due to it being in the padding he did tell us about the other offers. The company has about staying on top and maintaining the carpet.
