Was very concerned and knew what to do for the unfortunate stains as was main reason had the service done after air cooling leak upstairs in my bedroom, and as I am a handicapped senior. I am very pleased with the overall service, and he suggested that I have this done annually as I live across huge open field with NO cover, am upstairs, and I leave my window open nearly all year around for my breathing condition/health issues.

I have a friend in Arizona who has used ZeroRez for 24 years. The main attraction I had for your product deals with the fact that you DO NOT use soap when you clean carpets. Soap leaves a residue, which in turn attracts dirt to a carpet. I really like the "no soap" feature.
*Another offer I appreciated & like is a customer can request an In-Facility carpet cleaning. Yes, it's more expensive. However, this method provides a thorough, & deep carpet cleaning, especially on carpets that are in heavily traffic areas.
