I had a problem with the cleaning. I called customer service, and she was no nice and apologetic, I explained the situation and sent in pictures. Her help and "we will make it right" response made me immediately calm and knew they would help.

Anthony came and reviewed the few issues. Explained what he would do to correct. He did room by room and asked me to review each to assure we were completely satisfied.
