The appointment setup was a straightforward and quick turnaround. Our cleaner was respectful, educated us on the product, and was fast. Maybe a bit too fast. Sometimes when cleaners take some time to complete the project, you feel like they are focusing. But the carpet looked nice, so he did a good job.
The person cleaning was very good and informative. He did not clean one of our chairs because he felt it might turn yellow. He said it needs dry cleaning in his opinion and experience. The things that were cleaned turned out looking like new. We are very happy with the results.

The person who cleaned my carpets did an exceptional job! He was very friendly and extremely informative. I wanted my couch cleaned also, but he looked at the manufacturers tag and he said if he did clean it, it would damage the couch due to the cotton material is is made from. I appreciated his honesty. If you are highly concerned about cleanliness and potential residue left in your carpeting after a cleaning, Zerorez is the company to call. They are more expensive and charge a "service call" fee that isn't advertised in their special offers -- which I did not appreciate -- but the results were extremely good. If I was in the same situation again, I would call them to thoroughly clean my carpets and rugs.
