We had an area rug cleaned at our home. It did not do well with cleaning the first time and was recleaned. It looked better when the technician left, but dried looking dirty. It was not that dirty to begin with. Technician gave us several reasons why that was. Nothing had ever been spilled on it, but now has a couple dark spots. We will accept it as is, but did not really work out for us.

Zerorez did an amazing job cleaning and sealing my ceramic tile and the grout that was beyond dirty. It looks as good as it did when it was first done.

I was very pleased with the politeness and professionalism of the carpet professional that visited my home to clean my area rug. He was easy to talk to, waited for me to express my questions and needs, and gave complete answers/feedback specific to those questions and concerns.
He was enthusiastic throughout the time he was in my home which demonstrated to me that he enjoyed his job and the service he provides. He explained what he was doing every step of the way so came across very knowledgeable which allowed me to feel that my area rug was in good hands.
