I’ve used this company four times now and they always do an amazing job. They arrive when they say they will and all the techs are professional and so nice. I love how they put corner guards on furniture and corners of walls to protect from any banging or bumping of the hoses. They wear feet protectors/booties so everything stays nice and clean.

We’ve used Zerorez a couple of times now. I like the way they are on time, they are respectful to my home. They do a great job cleaning my rug and it’s not soaking wet. Carpet dries in the time they say it will, looks great. Because we have dogs and couldn’t be totally inconvenienced on one trip I’m having them back again to do our last room and another set of steps. Worked out great

I am a repeat customer and I can tell you that the customer service is excellent. They call when they are on the way. The technicians are polite, honest and very efficient. Their prices are affordable. The product is remarkably effective, my carpets, including pet stains, look new when they are done, and without chemical smells. I am thankful to have discovered them in Louisville!

Initially I scheduled to have a sectional, rug, and carpet in 1 room cleaned. Fantastic job on all! In conversation, I mentioned that I wish they also cleaned curtains as I thought dry cleaning $$$$ was the only option for blackout curtains. To my surprise, Harrison said they do offer this service, and at a fair price! I added this service to refresh 8 curtain panels and WOW! They look and smell amazing!!
