Absolutely loved the job Zerorez did on my carpets. Most of them were relatively new and I was confident they'd come out fine, but the carpet in my FROG and the stairs leading up to it were 20 years old and pretty badly stained in a few spots. It didn't come out 100 percent clean (I never expected that) but they got all of it but a couple of small spots out and I couldn't be happier. They also did an amazing job on my suede recliner. My Archie Bunker chair hasn't looked this good in years! Thank you Zerorez!

I love that the carpets dry in 4-8 hours and are so nice and clean. I had my dining room chairs, rocking chair, couch and recliner cleaned, when had carpets done! Everything was so clean! I will definetly be a return customer!

I feel comfortable with him that I can tell him what did not please me from the previous visit. He accepts that feedback well and works to educate the customer at the same time as pleasing them. After having a less than amazing initial experience, I was immediately contacted by Zerorez asking what they could do to make it better. Within days they had a senior technician back at my house. Luis explained what he was doing in great detail and did not leave until he was confident I was pleased. Not only did he redo my two chairs but he also treated my leather couch, which looks 100x better. I can not wait to have them back out to clean my outdoor furniture cushions!

He did a good job but forgot part of his cleaning machine here. It’s on the front porch.
