Francisco did a great job. Professional and friendly. Carpets look great however the dog pee is still a slight problem. I think it is really hard to get the smell out entirely.

The end results are exactly as advertised, this was the second time we used Zerorez to clean our carpets. Two of our 4 dogs were nearing end of life, needless to say, there was some major things to address. Michael and Moses, what I consider a miracle, explained the process to try an eliminate the smell and stains. I was skeptical, to my surprise when the carpet dried it looked almost new. Would definitely use them again when needed.
