I couldn't praise Zerorez enough. From first contact, the customer service has been fantastic and the end result was excellent!!! The costs were considerably lower than other quotes and knowing that they don't use chemicals, I am astounded at the finish. I was prepared to try them and if it didn't work, book with another company, but I have had so many people comment that the carpets look like new. The pile is back to being fluffy, the dark inground dirt that had been walked into them, as well as the recent dog accidents on them, all gone! I seroiusly cannot thank Zerorez enough. Adrian was brilliant and I decided after just the first two steps to ask if he had time to do the second staircase as the results were immediate. The photos I'm posting contain shadows, but rest assured, the carpets look, feel and smell as they did when they were laid 3 years ago! Thank you! One very happy customer and someone who will be using Zerorez in the future!

They do such a great job! I have 3 dogs - one is a puppy who refuses to go outside to do her business if it rains. She picked a spot at the bottom of our stairs, unbeknownst to us, instead. This company does such a fabulous job that with 3 dogs, my house does not smell like "dog". They show that they really care and know how to make your carpets smell like new!
