My service provider was very knowledgeable. I had scheduled for two rooms to be cleaned. But I wanted his opinion also on another rubber backed carpet and a chair. He was willing to do just one side of a cuss ion so I could check the result. I suspected that it was silk but there were no tags on the chair to tell me the make up. He then cleaned the rest of the floors, giving me the time to watch it dry and see the results.
He was very patient with me.

I recently had ZeroRez come to my home to have carpets cleaned. Earlier in the day, ZeroRez came to clean my air ducts and did a wonderful job. Just like the air duct guys, Johnnie, the person who cleaned my carpets, was great! I got a text from him before he arrived and when he came to the house, we reviewed the rooms where the carpets were to be cleaned. He explained some extra services I might like to take advantage of and then he got to work. He was quick, efficient, professional and couldn't have been nicer. When he was done, he had me look over the rooms to see if anything needed to be redone. Nothing did! Everything looked great! ZeroRez not only hires good workers. They make sure they represent the company well...and they do! I've been telling friends and family about my great experiences and will have no problem calling on ZeroRez again. The service engineer showed up on time and got to work right away. He doubled checked all of the measurements and when we noticed how much of a difference there was in the cost (higher), he quickly worked out a plan that was affordable and efficient. He also made sure there were guards put into place to protect the corners of the walls. His work was also efficient and completed in a relatively quick timeframe. I'm very pleased with Zerorez and would likely use them again when the time comes.
