Cleaned the carpet very good. The young man was very polite and came on time. The only thing was it was wet for 2 days and that's with a industrial fan on it. I think should spend a little more time extracting the solution out and leaving it dryer.

We liked being called prior to the technicians arrival. Terrance arrived on time, was professional and did an excellent t job. He protected the corners of our walls, he paid attention to high traffic areas, and we like that the carpet dries quickly.
