Courtesy, professionalism and knowledge of Kyle, who cleaned our floors. Reminder system of appt and text for ETA the day of service. Have used Zerorez for at least 4 years and will continue to do so.
The technician was knowledgeable and efficient. The carpet looked beautiful except for spots which are reappearing indicating we may have a slab leak problem. The tech suggested that we consult a water restoration company if this happens. We plan to do this.
Kyle was Fantastic! Very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Our stained white chairs turned out great. We will be calling at beginning of the year to work on out tile. Zerorez is the only service we will ever use.
