I was amazed at how clean the carpets were after they left. After many years, stains had been ground into the carpets. I had tried cleaning but still could see them. After Josh finished I was amazed. They were dry by dinner time. The next morning I vacuumed and was thrilled. My carpets looked new. I will be calling Zerorez every 6 months to clean my sofas and rugs. Our floors look new! I would not have believed it if I was not looking at them. Beau did a great job on cleaning. What further impressed us was his great attitude about his job, and he was just super friendly. It was the best money I have spent on my house in years. It was definitely a job where you had bang for your buck. Hopefully, it last a couple of years. I will be calling again and will not wait 20 years to get my tile cleaned!

I’ve read numerous positive reviews about Zerorez over the past couple years. I liked the idea of not using harsh chemicals for our carpets and decided to give them a try. I’m very glad I did as our results are outstanding. We had a red wine stain that had been covered up with a small mat for at least 3 years. The technician was able to remove it, in spite of how long it had been there. We will now be returning customers to Zerorez. I highly recommend them.
