The two rooms of carpet look great! They were empty so it was easy just to vacuum ahead of time. I did not know I had to pay ahead of time as the condo was empty. That would have been nice to know.
They show up on time and do the job right
Our 25 year old carpet looks at least 10 years younger whenever y'all finish cleaning it, and the techs are always courteous and never try to nickel-and-dime me. I'll call y'all back for duct cleaning the next time we need it, too.

You are able to remove pet stain and smells, but it is expensive. The technician was very thorough and respectful. He represented you well.
We use Zerorez exclusively for our rentals. We especially love their treatment when our tenants have service animals who have accidents on the carpets. It's expensive, but removes all traces of the mess!

I've used ZeroRez for years. We used to have a dog that peed everywhere on our white carpet. When we got our carpets cleaned it looked good for a few days, then all the yellow spots appeared again. After trying ZeroRez's pee stay removal, our carpets were great and all the spots were GONE!!! YAY!!!
