The technician did a great job, was professional and careful about our home, arrived on time and did the job in a reasonable amount of time. The only issue we had was not with him but rather with scheduling. We had asked about carpet stretching and was told that the technician would assess that and do it as needed. The estimate also reflected that information. When the technician arrived and we showed him where the stretching needed to be done, he said he doesn't do that. We emailed the scheduler to ask about the discrepancy and were told she had been misinformed and so gave us the incorrect information. It put us in a bind because we are putting the house up for sale in less than a week and had to scramble to find a carpet stretcher who could come on short notice. We ended up paying much more than what it would have cost if we would have known to hire a stretcher a few weeks ago rather than last minute.

The tech was very quick and very good. He did a great job on the carpet and then gave us a good estimate on cleaning the kitchen and breakfast room tile and grout. He did a great job on that too.

This was our second time to use Zerorez. Kyle did a fantastic job the first time and fully repeated this time. They do a complete, thorough inspection and let you know what to expect. They use specialized products as necessary for stains and provide a beautiful result. We are very pleased with the appearance of the carpet after this cleaning. No mess, no wet carpet. Also, they use ”corner protectors” to protect the walls and doors in your house as they pull hoses in from their truck. It’s a wonderful company with fair and competitive pricing that produces great results!

The carpet looks good and dried quickly. There was a problem with a equipment malfunction with the nozzle and technician had to go back to the shop and pick-up replacement and come back. This made appointment run longer than I had anticipated, but after he returned he worked hard and it was just over an hour and he was done.

Fantastic timing and the carpet's almost like new!
