I was able to get my rugs cleaned quickly. The man who did the cleaning was very nice and offered me some suggestions. I was pleased with the results. he offered to do additional spotting if desired but I am not sure how long I will keep the rugs. At least now I feel like the top dirt was removed.

We have used your services, I believe 5 times. We have always been satisfied except once and that was due to the service technician not following the companies protocol.

The products used for treating stains, along with the water system has kept our light color carpets showing beautiful over the last 3 years.

Our service techs, Shane and Cameron did a wonderful job. They both have very calm demeanors and are pet lovers. I was nervous about our pitbull who really isn't a fan of men, they both became fast friends with her in the first half of their time in our house. We greatly appreciated the quality of their service and the time they took with our pets. Highly recommend this duo, pets or no pets.
