The technicians are always pleasant to work with and do a great job. Isiah Vasquez did our cleaning a few days ago and worked diligently to remove a large rust stain that had been left by the metal base of a TV stand. All of the rooms he cleaned now look nearly new.

We appreciate the technician’s positive attitude and effective cleaning method, which ensured our satisfaction. The carpet dried quickly as promised. However, a few days later, we noticed that the carpet in front of our couch and loveseat appeared dingy with a rougher texture and a bit darker color. We aren’t sure what caused this, and it was not noticeable when the carpet was wet. This seems to be the first time we’ve experienced this issue. We would like to request a free assessment to determine the cause and possible solutions.
The available treatments were fully explained to me before the actual work was started. I also appreciate the fact that the cleaning process is non toxic.

We had rooms and area rugs cleaned, and pet stains removed. It was a lot pricier than I expected but they did a really good job. Friendly crew and explained everything to us before and after the carpets were cleaned. We have used Zerorez before and will probably use your company again.

Cameron was awesome! He checked out the entire house and treated a few spots. Then, he went right to work. My carpets have never been cleaner. He even saw some spots I was not aware of. Cameron was nice, friendly, professional and efficient.
