I just opened my mail from yesterday and guess what I opened. A bunch of companies offering

specials. Included was a special offer from Zerorex for three rooms cleaning for $139.00.!! I had Zerorex clean my three rooms plus stairs and I paid $255.00. Did all your employees not realise that you had a special going and was good until Feb 2nd 2025. The person I spoke to obviously
did not know that. Seems strange to me. The one good thing re getting my carpet cleaned was, that the gentleman did a very nice job but I am not sure if I would call you again. Name removed

The carpet is now CLEAN!

No chemicals for my home with a toddler and cats. Staff examined everything before and inquired of problem areas. They also checked in with me halfway and at the end to make sure it all looked satisfactory.

The tech was very friendly and knowledgeable.

I like the specialized cleaning formula that they use for carpet cleaning. And they have good suction on their equipment to pull out most of the water. The service man was especially helpful and considerate. My carpets dried fluffy and soft.

Christian was very professional and explained what he was doing. Very good job.

Carpets are always soft, and rid of chemicals. Personnel are always pleasant, and extremely professional in their work, and thoughtfully explain what they are doing, and why. I have had them for several years, and I highly recommend them.

I really liked that our carpet did not feel stiff after the cleaning. I wish I could have afforded to do my whole house but maybe I will finish the other rooms at a later date. The professionalism of the person that came into my home was excellent. The product used picked up all the stains and they have not popped up again. Thank you so much for such a great job!
