I have used Zero Rez for cleaning carpeting in my home for over 20 yrs.
It leaves any rug or surface cleaner than any other service out there. Also since no harsh chemicals are added there is nothing to attract new dirt after cleaning.
Scheduling is breeze, employees are caring, with great follow up. A fair price for an excellent process makes Zero Rez a great value. Also my tech Anthony has consistently done a thorough job at my home and reviewed everything before leavig.

My ceramic tile flooring was turning gray. Zerorez scrubbed that off surprisingly well. There was a little bit of residue that appears to react with the rubber tips on some of my chairs leaving marks behind. However those marks are easily spot cleaned. That is my only issue with their work.
Service provider was exceptional in his diligence and attention to detail. Personable and professional in his presentation he left my carpets looking like new; outstanding.
