Excellent service, fast, and efficient!
Technician arrived on time and was very friendly and professional.
The staff was courteous, prompt and efficient. He called ahead of time to let us know he was on his way. The work was completed quickly (1 hr for 2 carpeted bedrooms, 1 flight of stairs and three ceramic grout surfaces). Everything was cleaned well.
One thing I was surprised about, however, was that I had thought I had asked for pet spot cleaning online but that was not included in the estimate. So I was a bit surprised to find it would cost another $75 per room. I also was surprised that I was charged extra for the small hallway at the top of the stairs.

I have used ZeroRez for many years. I like their cleaning chemical. My house smells clean and fresh not perfumed. Victoria, our recent technician, called to ask if she could come early. We were ready and had a busy day ahead of us so that she could start early was wonderful. Victoria was very professional and got right to work after a few questions. She finished quickly and addressed all of the trouble spots on our carpet. She did a great job!
