Jared called ahead and let me know he was on his way. He was very polite and worked quickly to get my two rooms and stairs done in a timely manner. The carpets look, feel, and smell amazing! Jordan was very friendly and knowledgeable about what to expect from the cleaning, ie., which stains would likely come out and which wouldn't. He was right on all but one - the stain did come out! There was no chemical odor at all which was very nice and the carpets dried quickly. Jordan was in and out in under an hour and a half.
