I liked the fact that a demonstration on how Zerorez works on my carpet as well as the solution that can be used on other surfaces while cleaning. I'm amazed that there aren't any harsh chemicals or smells either. Even though it cost a bit more at the time, I'm glad I purchased the lifetime services for my carpet cleaning and Zerorez liquid cleaning agent.
