Your people are the best, especially the technician who did our carpets. His name is Elijah. As promised, he first called to say he was on his way. He then arrived as scheduled around 8am and went right to work. He didn’t stop until around 6pm, when our carpeting was clean as we’ve ever seen it. We specifically asked for Elijah to do the remaining carpets next month.
The carpets looks great and Alec was extremely friendly and helpful.

Yes, it’s quite expensive. But every bit of dirt is removed, the carpet dries in hours instead of days and they are not crunchy like after a cheap steam cleaning.
