The scheduling was easy, I was kept in the loop about when the cleaning would take place. Jesse (the technician) kept in contact and let me know when he would be showing up. He was polite, and professional. When it was over, my carpets looked and smelled brand new. Thanks Zerorez and Jesse!

Walter did an awesome job. He definitely explained all the services that were available including the prices. Also, he showed concerns regarding our cats, blocking the entry door to make sure they didn't get out.
We really like the clean system that they are known for the 3 step cleaning process.Which has been proving to out do all other carpet cleaning companies.
I loved that the carpet wasn't as wet as what other company leaves behind.
We will surely ask to have technician, Walter to come back to service our home.
