They clean very effectively, but without that sense of "chemicals" and the carpets feel restored afterwards! Drying is relatively quick and definitely smooth ... they are always professional, courteous and thorough. Good value at decent prices!

I recently had Zerorez clean the carpets in my father’s condo for the first time in 20 years, and I couldn’t be more impressed!
