The people who come to clean are always super nice and efficient. Also don't try to hardsell ay upgrades and can answer all questions. I've been using ZeroRez for 15 years or so and never had a bad experience.

This is the second time I've had zerorez out to my home this year. In both cases, the cleaning was thorough and the carpets looked refreshed when they finished. The only downside - it takes about 24 hours for my polypropylene burber carpet to completely dry. This was a learning from the first cleaning that I planned for during the second.
