The scheduling process was easy and quick. The serviceman was professional, prompt, and thorough. The product is supposedly safe, free of harmful chemicals. The washing is a little bit suspect though.

Consistently deliver clean carpets, courteous workers, and really care that they get the job done to your satisfaction. If not they will come back. I have been using them for 5 years and have never had a problem. They do what they say they will do.
We had our air ducts cleaned and all of our carpets cleaned when we purchased our new home. Our cleaner took such great care of our home while performing the work and was extremely courteous and friendly. Our home smells better and we can now rest easy knowing our ducts and rugs are as clean as new.
