Wow! I had no idea my grey berber carpets were so dirty until I saw the before and after. I was very impressed with Bryce, our technician, who went above and beyond, and even got my 40 years old upholstery on my queen Anne dining room chairs looking like almost new.

I have been using a different cleaning company for the past 10 years or so, as I was not happy with the last Zero Rez crew, who seemed to be in a hurry to get to the next job and did a very poor job. We've used Zerorez a couple of times now and they've done a great and thorough job. They're self-sustained so it makes my job easy and they're so quick! Our carpets look fantastic! They are almost 10 years old and I had them cleaned once before and they came out okay, but this company made my carpets look almost new again. It's amazing! They use a 3 step process vs a 2 step lik other companies. I would highly recommend them. I will never use anyone else again for cleaning my carpets.
