Technician contacted us 30 minutes before arrival which is very nice. There was a problem with his equipment so he contacted the company and they had a replacement van there within 30 minutes.
We like the fact that no detergents are used during the cleaning process. Knowing that only leads to attracting more dirt over time.

The gentleman who came and cleaned our carpets was very nice and very efficient. He protected our wall corners which was so nice to see (other companies we have used in the past didn’t do this and completely ruined our brand new drywall and paint). The carpet got VERY clean and I love that there is no residue or soapy sticky carpet. The carpet also dried quickly with a little help from our fans, but dry in time for our move in the next morning. We will absolutely use Zerorez again in the future!
