I love the quality of care you offer. After 8 years with my carpet it was looking less than beautiful but after your cleaning it has restored to a decent look. It’s a lighter carpet so it shows dirt. The young man who did the cleaning was professional and answered our questions. We wanted to be sure there were no strong smells after the cleaning and he spent time explaining the process and how long the smell may linger. He worked hard as the carpets had stains. We are pleased with zerorez.
