We had Zerorez clean our carpets last week. They were on time and they notified us of their arrival time 30 minutes prior. The carpets look and feel so much cleaner and there is no perfume or soap smell!

Dillon did a wonderful job. Polite, professional, and thorough.

The technician did a great job, was professional and careful about our home, arrived on time and did the job in a reasonable amount of time. The only issue we had was not with him but rather with scheduling. We had asked about carpet stretching and was told that the technician would assess that and do it as needed. The estimate also reflected that information. When the technician arrived and we showed him where the stretching needed to be done, he said he doesn't do that. We emailed the scheduler to ask about the discrepancy and were told she had been misinformed and so gave us the incorrect information. It put us in a bind because we are putting the house up for sale in less than a week and had to scramble to find a carpet stretcher who could come on short notice. We ended up paying much more than what it would have cost if we would have known to hire a stretcher a few weeks ago rather than last minute.
