Steven carefully explained Zerorez technique and answered all our questions. We also appreciated Steven's punctuality and work ethic. He frequently checked with us to make sure we were pleased with his work as he progressed. He is the reason we will use Zerorez for future carpet cleaning.

I like that there is no residue and the stains don’t return. I have used Zerorez many times and have always been happy. I had a really great technician who did the job well and was excellent at explaining things to me. Romeo took his time and listened to my concerns and expectations. He was polite and overall did a fantastic job! I would definitely give him a 10!
The downside was I was not given information prior to my appt about the extra charges. I do not recall having to pay extra charge for cleaner for the spots prior to this appt. Doesn’t everyone have stains and spots. I feel very deceived by Zerorez by these hidden charges. The amount I have to pay to get my carpet cleaned was double + my quote!! Ridiculous charges! I most likely will not use Zerorez again because of the deception on the cleaning and pricing.
Your technician did great work that was even better than we had expected. I highly recommend Zerorez, and even more specifically, our technician, to anyone looking to have their carpet cleaned.

Rugs very clean afterwards
I have used ZeroRez for at least 20 years for carpeting, antique rugs, and upholstery. I have had them treat many severe pet accidents. Their work has always been impressive, as have their technicians. I would never use anyone else, and I always recommend them to friends and family.
I have always had great service with Zerorez and the technicians are always polite. Carpets look great and they set realistic expectations, which I appreciate.
