Paul, the supervisor who was backfilling due to call-offs, was courteous & pleasant. Temps were in the 90s & I was a late afternoon appointment.

Hallways & steps were quite dirty. After he cleaned, they look great. I will request Paul to clean 2nd floor carpet in August.

What I like about Zerorez products are the chemicals were not strong. The carpet was not soaked or extremely wet. My carpet is very old and need replacing. But, Brandon my service technician did a great job bring some life back to it.
