Great job and superb technician

Very quick in setting up an appointment the next day as we had family that brought dogs who had left their mark on our white carpet... Angel was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. She cleaned and treated 3 rooms plus a couple spots on area rugs. She came out the next day as I felt there was still a urine odor but no more staining. She added a deodorizer and all seems great.

Blaze answeed all my questions, returned my call right away. The quote was right on, Brad arrived on schedule, expained what he was going to do and informed us when to put things back. Top notch customer service. They worked very hard to accommodate my needs. I have a town house that has five levels. They were able to provide an affordable estimate and and because I was wondering out of town they they were super kind enough to squeeze me into the schedule at the last minute. The technician was professional and answered all my questions. He did a wonderful job restoring my carpet on the stairs and throughout the house. Zerorez is exactly that. I didn't have any left over residue or crunchy feeling on my carpet afterwards. Just clean. Very Satisfied.

Lance was our technician. He was amazing; a ten out of ten. A fantastic personality and the best technician we've ever had - he got stains out that previously had us disappointed with other ZeroRez technicians that couldn't get them out and was overall way more attentive to detail and providing a better overall clean. He was fabulous; can't say enough good things about him - we will be coming back solely because of him (it's expensive and he definitely made it worth it). This was back in June 2025, we just came across this survey and made sure to fill it out, that's how great he was - we hope he gets his recognition and value paid.

I had my air ducts cleaned. The technicians were pleasant, arrived on time and explained the process. They assessed the condition of the ducts, and provided options. They were efficient, thorough, and made recommendations. I was very impressed with their work.
