Adam was a great technician - we performed a walk thru on the areas that needed to be cleaned. There was one room larger than expected which was an additional cost and that information was provided before the wok begun. He was very thorough in explaining the cleaning process and the type of water used and the benefits of cleaning in this way. He started working and was very careful with moving about the home while cleaning. Thank you for great service in a timely manner.

I received a quote when I called the person I spoke with as friendly polite, and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I liked that there are no solvent or detergent used, and it is quick drying.
I believe it was Adam who came out for my cleaning. He was very polite and we reviewed what was going to be done and he did an excellent job. He was professional, polite, and I appreciated this.
My carpet is 18 years old. It is a very good quality carpet and the cleaning refreshed it and I might get a few more years out of it.

Not a ton of chemicals and affordable.
They definitely went much faster on this visit than the first time and so some of the spots in my basement carpet should've come out because they were cat puke and I soaked them with spot remover. I think if I scrub them with a brush they will come out but he probably could've just run over them a few extra times and they would've come out. It still looks better than before and is worth the money.
I think the total time for 3 rooms was an hour. The first visit a year ago was about two hours.
The new owner of Zerorez personally cleaned my carpets and he did an amazing job. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends and I already have and I was very impressed with everything that he did the carpets look like they’re brand new.

While price increases may provide short-term gains I.e., providing a manipulative questionnaire asking for a TIP and increasing the already high costs to the customer. My wife and I liked the whole process as it exceeded our expectation. Kyle our Zerorez technician was amazing. He was very professional and patient and explained everything and did not seemed rushed in any way and yet finished very quickly. It was clearly not his first rodeo as he was very knowledgable and efficient and an overall great representative. The flooring looked way better when he finished and we are very pleased with how well the Zerorez products cleaned what was very dirty flooring.

Joe was great and did a good job. We are disappointed that the spots on our chairs where people head and hair always end up did not come out. We understood that they may not come out and not show any longer but still a bummer that they are still there.
