The company comes in a timely fashion and for this cleaning John was actually a few minutes early and called to ask if he could come sooner. This was welcome to us as we had a busy day going. John was very professional, friendly and quick. He blocked everything and was careful with our furniture. lf I had anything slightly negative to say I don't feel my carpet came as clean as it has in the past. That might be because it's older now. Maybe a second pass could have brought it up more. I'll just have to schedule it more often.
