I had an outstanding experience with Zerorez of Minnesota! My technician, Darius, was incredibly kind, professional, and thorough from start to finish. He took time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable with the process before beginning.
My carpet was in rough shape, covered in stains, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. But Darius worked absolute magic. The carpets now look and feel fantastic, and I really appreciated his honest, no-pressure approach to pricing and recommendations. He treated my home with care and went above and beyond. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and it shows.
I’ll definitely be using Zerorez again and will absolutely recommend your team to others!

I appreciated the customer service and the nice attitude of the carpet cleaner. I did not know I would receive a spot touch-up kit, and I was surprised, but I will use it! The rooms were dry by noon the next day, and look pretty good for 13 year old carpet.
Carpet not soaking went after cleaning
The guys were very professional and friendly. They even shared before and after pics. My only complaint is the price. Very small home and disinfectant was over $600. Your competition is doing $99 promos right now.
Tech was great. Explained why some old pet stains might not come out which I expected. He did a great job and made sure any questions or concerns were addressed. Very helpful and I felt like he was doing a very good job. Looks a lot better.
Great service, cleaning products and technicians
The specialists that arrived were great and provided recommendations needed specifically for our carpet, and they completely restored our carpet from significant pet stains. So happy with the result.

There are a couple spots and I wish Kevin had left a can of spot remover or recommended something u could purchase at the grocery store. I forgot to ask him.
