I totally loved Kron when he came to do my rugs for me. He did an excellent job and he was a very, very nice person.
And the people who did the air duct for me were super super great at what they do and did not leave anything anything laying about and I only took like 45 minutes. They were very professional also.

Mark was very knowledgeable about types of carpet. Our carpets look great. It took him about an hour. He is the new owner of the business and very friendly.

This is the 3rd time we have had ZeroRez clean our carpets and I would say this is the best they have looked. The on,y thing is it only takes an hour the guy should stop somewhere and use the restroom so he doesn’t have to ask to use the customers. I do understand in an emergency.

You were able to come early. He explained the different products he could use. Picked the five year one. Hope it works. The rug looks great. He even took down the smoke alarm that had been beeping for several hours and driving me crazy. I believe his name was Joey. He was very nice. Thank you.

My carpet looks GREAT! An area on the carpet had an old yellowed stain from my dog who liked that spot (she has since passed away ;0( )...I didn't think it would come out, But OMG!...I took their advice on the treatment and it is barely visible...I can hardly even see it! And the rest of the carpet looks amazing! The 2 men who cleaned the carpet did an excellent job and were very professional. I highly recommend ZeroRez. I also use them for my office, which is coming up. Thank you!!
