The carpet cleaning tech was very professional, on time, and did a very good job. However when I scheduled the cleaning over the phone, I was not told that the $30 sanitizer option only applied to one area, so I was not pleased when the tech said I would have to pay another $30 for each additional area to be cleaned. The invoice email did not clarify this either. So the service was good, but the communication with scheduling was not so good.

Kenneth worked very hard (especially on my steps). They all looked so good but the bottom step was wet for days has now finally dried and is stained. Could you have him come by next time he is in my neighborhood? It's almost like what he cleaned with opened up on that step and had dirty water in it. I live at 8566 West 67th Place in Arvada. The carpet cleaning does what you say it will do. The one time your cleaner did not scrub the rounds on my stairs, you came out to check
the complaint He agreed with the complaint and you sent out a serviceman who recleaned them. The first service man was young and I
was told it was his first day on the job.
Impressed that the tech would show up at 8:00 am to help me get this done quickly.

I'm definitely doing this again and again. I HATE carpet! It's a dirty sweater for dirty feet! Until I can remedy that, I will clean. Previous dogs, a lot of traffic, and it looks great! Instead of saying it smells good I smell nothing. Win-win! Tony is professional, personable and is now my go-to guy. Love the "water wise" aspect!
