I like the variety of classes offered and the congeniality with other YMCA members. The front staff is always welcoming and the members willing to help one another. The staff is professional and approachable. The location is very close to my house which makes it convenient to participate during the day.

Better enforcement of full court basketball is needed. A lot of younger kids cannot play as young adults/adults take over the space.

The staff is friendly and welcoming and fabulous and committed. I did not give a perfect 10 because the pool schedule is restricted still, not enough lifeguards. Apparently the Y doesn’t pay enough! Also, it would be nice to have a steam bath :-)

TRX class with Maddie is the best. She is a great teacher and encourages everyone!
I do think the upkeep on the cardio machines could be improved. For example of the 2 bikes, one has been out for months. They are popular and if parts aren't available any longer, time to obtain a new model! I would recommend that any new cardio machines include a fan built in. Really helps with a workout. Thanks.
