It's family oriented and it's convenient for parents to work out with having fun cool things for kids to do.
Y is clean and has good facilities. Staff is friendly. Parking is good. Personal trainers are competent and helpful. What's not to like?
A variety of classes that are offered- many of which are geared for seniors. The friendliness of the staff and the ability to interact with a diversity of individuals who also are very welcoming.
Friendly staff, clean facility, close to my house. I take a yoga class three mornings a week and love it. I’ve made new friends as well as doing an activity that helps me stay flexible and stronger.
