What does the Y do really well?

The staff is very friendly, helpful and polite. The instructors and trainers are very knowledgeable and the classes are great. I am feeling terrific, have lost some weight and on my way to a toned and lean body, plus feeling mentally strong. Starla and Mandi are super.
