Staff is very friendly
Since the remodel, there are so many things to do and I really like having the choices. Plenty of equipment so you aren't waiting. Really like the special attention and classes offered.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Facility is clean. Lots of programs. One suggestion: activity pool can be better used if leave the lap lane divider in place - even when there are classes it could serve as a reminder that if the class is small it is ok to let someone swim laps in the unused lane. The competitive pool is too cold in the winter to swim for non-competers. Have been to other Ys where they have one dedicated lap lane even when classes are going on.

The Y does a great job at offering a variety of exercise classes before and after work, as well as offering something for any age group.
They meet all my needs for a workout,swim or walk and run. The YMCA in Platte City is the perfect all around gym.
Make everyone feel welcome
Provide equipment and space for healthy/targeted exercise but more important may be the advice and help from trainers. Whole PCCCN listens and works with members to provide positive experience. For my group the social interaction is also important.

I feel like the PC Community Center North Y serves a wide range of ages and has plenty of programming that fits many different ages and needs. The staff is very friendly and works hard to be helpful with any request I have ever made. I know with as much traffic as this Y has it would be hard to keep things clean but I feel like they do a very good job at this. Thanks for all you do.

The fitness center is great! We also love the pool and the lazy river. We've used the walking track a couple of times. It's also nice that there is a childcare area. I don't have to worry about anything
Makes people feel welcome. Coaches (Jessie especially) front desk ( Wendy and Kareen) are superb at this. Gymn equipt seems well maintained. The whole operation is well managed. Right down to janitorial.
