the staff is very friendly and helpful. the facilities are always clean. One issue I have and this is because I am a retired teacher/coach and was the strength coach for many years. I have seen young kids (elementary and middle school) in the area where the free weights and machines are. They are trying to do exercises with the weights and the vast majority of the time are not doing the exercise properly. There have been a couple of occasions that I have intervened and taught the individual(s) the proper technique and why it should be done this way. One time there were two fitness instructors in the area working with someone but never stopped to talk to the young boys. The young boys should have an adult supervising them and teaching. I understand using the bikes, treadmills, etc., but young people should be supervised around the free weights, especially. Just a thought from a retired strength & conditioning coach

The PCCCN provides a great activity space within Kidwatch so my kids get to be active while I enjoy good equipment options.

Dallas at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful with the registration process. My wife already loves her membership and felt very welcomed in Christy's body pump class, and it led to her to making new friends. The Y is great for getting us used to our new hometown.
