The NKC Y does a great job of fostering a sense of community. I love boot camp with Angela on Monday mornings and would be very happy if it was brought back on Friday mornings. Ms. Terri and everyone in the kid zone is amazing. My 3 and 2 year old children love going. It is always clean, they do fun art projects, and the staff takes time to really get to know my kids. I love the Y!
Everything. I had no idea of what the YMCA does for children, but now I do, because I'm a senior adult and I go there, too.

It's a really nice facility and usually very clean. It's geared towards the average person and even the disabled.
I drive my kids from Liberty to attend classes at the y because they are the best I've found.
The swim lessons program is the best I've ever sent our kids to. I drive from Liberty because I'm so pleased with the organization of the program and the instructors.

Catering to the members via friendly, courteous customer service is extremely important. The NKC YMCA staff does it very well. I am ALWAYS greeted with smiles and a "how are you today" and "thank you."
Clean the bottom of the pool.It is gross stepping in gum,or on hand things people lose in the pool. PLEASE clean the showes and fix the one with the bench. It changes from hot to cold without touching it.My grand daughter got burnt using it.
