Friendly and safe place to exercise with all ages in appearance. Love the "resting" place and iced tea / coffee and tables to sit and visit afterward and the free health checkups / massages for us. Thanks so much.

What does the Y do really well?

The North KC Y has the most extensive schedule and programs and even though my office space is moving I will continue to go to the N KC Y because the other Y's dont have what I want.
