It makes hours for visits very comfortable with the public. You try to please everyone. Thanks you have been very beneficial to me. I was recommended by a thereapist at NKC Hosp. when I was going to be scheduled for a knee replacement. He told me to take deep water arobics to strengthen my knee so it wouldn't separate and it worked and I didn't need the surgery. Thanks for being there.
I really enjoy that there is something for every single person in my family no matter the age, from a few months old too my mother who's a senior citizen. Its fantastic.

They have a variety of activities that meet my needs. I wish there was more coordination between the timing of the land and water classes. I wish there were more times to play pickle ball or we didn't have to spend $40/hr for a court.

Front desk attendants are really friendly.
The Y personnel go out of their way to be friendly, accommodating and interested in seeing that you make friends with other members.
If they know you and know your interests, they seem to steer you toward classes you may be interested in. Hai for one and Bianca also.
Staff smiles at you and recognizes you.

The only reason I will recommend the YMCA to friends and family,not because of employs , because the building are great.most of the time when I came in I have to swap my on card, because they are busy talking to each other .I Work in customer service for 16 years.some of your employs Are not meant to be working with customer service at all.
